To figure out your budget and number of bodyworkers needed for the event, you multiply the number of bodyworkers you want by the Maximum Number Of Guests For 1 Bodyworker.  If the total is more than your expected guest, then it is an acceptable solution.  As a reminder, the more minutes you choose to allocate per bodyworker, the less guests we can work on during the selected event hour.
